Prague Sharks 7th Summer Swimming Camp

2018 - Chomutov

Chomutov swimming pool (25m pool and Aquaworld)

12-18th August 2018

(arrival 12th 16:00, departure 18th 10:00)

Prague Sharks International Swimming Club, z.s. invites you for the 7th Summer Swimming Camp. This year in the beautiful areal of Chomutov - Kamencové jezero with great new swimming pool and Aquaworld and the unique lake with super clear water for open water swimming.

All the club members and also their sporty siblings or friends are welcome to join us!

Program:

•Swimmers (7 years+) will have 7 swimming trainings (90 mins) with the club coaches emphasising fun, refreshing stroke technique and building basic endurance after the summer break. We will videoanalyze the stroke technique and set up the new club standard of dryland warming-up and stretching.

•We will walk and bike in the surrounding nature and close ZOO park, and swim in the lake, teaching kids first bits of triathlon and open water swimming skills.

•We feature special Life-saving evening with Eva Novotná (our coach and professional paramedic) where we teach basics of water life-saving techniques for all swimmers.

•Kids will prepare and practice their own preperformance routines in Sport psychology evening with Eva Chalupová, PhD. (our Club Secretary and sport psychologist) and learn what the “nerves” is and how to deal with it – before the competition or any other performance in their life.

•And we will have lots of fun spending time together!

Accommodation (plus we arrange food in near restaurant): Ubytovna Delta

Estimated price: 7200,- CZK /swimmer

Price includes: 7 swimming trainings (90 mins), accommodation, full board, snacks and drinks, sport drink for every training, special Sharks drink bottle, entrance fee to the lake area, coaches

Necessary equipment: bike (mountain or cross), helmet, usual swimming stuff
